In case you'd like more detailed information to be able to query your own event stats, you can export some information about the Challenges that have been completed and the Badges that have been earned so far.
Basic Data
Both the Challenge and Badge exports will include the User ID, E-mail Address, and Username associated with each player.
Challenge Data
The Challenge Data exports also include:
- Total score
- Bonus score
- Date joined
- Time elapsed, in seconds
- # of challenges completed
- # of photos submitted
- # of videos submitted
- List of all challenges and how many points earned for each (if blank, then it has not been completed yet)
Badge Data
The Badge Data exports also include:
- List of all badges, timestamp of when it was earned (if blank, then it has not been completed yet), and corresponding voucher code (if they received one)
Exporting Challenge & Badge Data
- Navigate to the Admin Portal. If you need a refresher on how to do that, check out How to Access the Admin Portal.
- Click on [Data Report].
- Then select the [CHALLENGES] or [BADGES] tab at the top.
- Once ready, tap on the [Download] button in the top right corner with the cloud and down arrow icon.
Downloading ALL Photo and Video Submissions
As mentioned in Eventzee App - [Approved Submissions] How to Download Submissions, you can download ALL the Photo and Video Submissions at once here:
- Make sure you have the [CHALLENGES] tab selected.
- After clicking the [Download] button as shown in the previous section, a popup titled "Download Media Files?" will appear.
- Click [INCLUDE MEDIA] to include the submissions in your export!
- Please note, this will cause your download to take a bit longer to complete, depending on the number of photos and / or videos submitted to your event. If you are having difficulties getting your download to complete, please let an Eventzee team member know and they will assist you!
