Downloading Photo and Video Submissions

  1. Navigate to the Admin Portal. If you need a refresher on how to do that, check out How to Access the Admin Portal.
  2. Click on the [Approved Submissions] tab.
  3. You should see all of the approved submissions in a grid, with the most recent submission in the top-left corner. They are ordered sequentially from left-to-right, top-to-bottom.
    • Each section shows a thumbnail of the submission, with the challenge title and date submitted overlaid on the bottom.
  4. Click on a thumbnail of a Photo or Video submission to view in full view.
  5. A new window should open with the following information:
    1. Challenge title
    2. Challenge description
    3. User-submitted content: photo or video
    4. [DOWNLOAD] button
    5. Submission timestamp
    6. Submitter username
    7. [UNDO REVIEW] button
  6. Click [DOWNLOAD] and the file will be downloaded to your computer with a filename in the format "CHALLENGE TITLE - SUBMITTER USERNAME - SUBMISSION TIMESTAMP".


Filter Submissions by Username OR Challenge Title

  1. Click the search bar at the top.
  2. Enter a username to only display submissions by that player.
    • The full username must be entered before it will display any results.
    • To look up usernames, view the [Player] list in the side menu.
  3. Similarly, enter in a challenge title to only display submissions for that challenge
    • Unlike with usernames, only a partial title needs to be typed in.


Downloading ALL Photo and Video Submissions

Instead of downloading each Photo and/or Video submission one at a time, you also have the option of downloading ALL of the Photo and Video submissions at once via the Data Report tab.


Downloading Text, Explore, and Route Submissions

While Text, Explore, and Route Submissions WILL appear in the grid alongside Photo and Video submissions, if you click on one, you'll only see the option to [UNDO REVIEW] as you can see in the screenshot below. If you do need to download the submissions for these challenge types, you can do so via the Data Report tab.
