This area displays a list of all the players who have joined your event! Use the search bar at the top to search for a specific player by username. Tapping on each player will allow you to see a list of the player's challenge progress and which ones have been completed so far. From here you can undo any challenges that have been approved and kick them back into the Review list. You can also add overall bonus points to any player's total score.


Managing Players

  1. Open the side menu to access the [Admin] area.
  2. Open the Admin area's side menu to tap on [Players].


Adding Bonus Points to the player's overall point total

  1. Tap on the [Edit] button (a pencil icon) next to any player's name.
  2. Under Bonus Points, type in the number of points you would like to add.
  3. Tap [Update] to save your change.


If you would like to add more bonus points, simply add them to the previous number. For example, if you gave a player 10 bonus points, and would like to give them 10 more, change the number to 20 and tap [Update]. This was designed so you always know the total Bonus Points that were directly added to a player's point total.



Kicking Submissions Back into Review

If a challenge was accidentally approved or the wrong score was given, you can always kick the challenge back to the review list so that it can be reviewed again.

  1. Tap on the [Edit] button (a pencil icon) next to any player's name.
  2. Under Progress, search for the challenge that you would like to kick back into review.
  3. Tap the [Arrow] icon on the green "Approved" tag.
  4. Tap [Okay] on the confirmation pop up.
  5. Now the submission should reappear at the top of the Reviews list.



Sending Messages to a Specific Player

  1. Search for the player's username in the search bar at the top or scroll until you find the player.
  2. Tap on the [Message] icon next to the player's name.
  3. This will open a new message with that player. Tap to type your message at the bottom, then tap the paper airplane [Arrow] icon to send.
  4. This new conversation will now appear in the [Messages] area in the admin tool.
