First, please rule out any setup issues. Have you accepted the permissions the Eventzee app requires? Eventzee needs access to your Location, Camera, and an internet connection via Data.

To check your permissions:
  • For iOS devices:
    • Tap on your Settings app.
    • Scroll until you see Eventzee and tap on it.
    • Make sure Location is set to [While Using the App].
    • Make sure Camera is toggled ON.
    • Make sure Cellular Data is toggled ON.
  • For Android devices:
    • Tap on your Settings app (make sure it is not the Google Settings app!).
    • Under the "Device" header, tap on "Apps."
    • At the top, scroll to the right of the "Downloaded" header until you have "All" selected.
    • Scroll until you see Eventzee and tap on it.
    • Tap on [Permissions].
    • Make sure that Camera is toggled ON.
    • Make sure that Location is toggled ON.

If that doesn't work, it's possible your device is not compatible with our app. Please contact our support e-mail (support@eventzeeapp.com) and let us know what device model and OS you're using (i.e. iPhone 7, iOS 12.1.2, or Samsung Galaxy S8+, Android 8.0.0), and we will look into it. 

In the meantime, if you have another device available, you can try downloading Eventzee on that device and logging into your account there. You should be able to pick up where you left off.
